No Bake Sugar Cookie Truffles
No bake sugar cookie truffles made with safe to eat sugar cookie dough or Lofthouse cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla, dipped in white chocolate and finished with holiday sprinkles. Five ingredients, fifteen minutes of active time, and a festive holiday treat that looks completely impressive and requires zero baking. Perfect for cookie boxes, gifting, and holiday dessert spreads.

- 1 package store bought sugar cookie dough the safe to eat raw kind or 1 box lofthouse sugar cookies
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 bag of white chocolate melting wafers
- Holiday sprinkles
In the bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, combine the sugar cookie dough (or sugar cookies) with cream cheese and vanilla and mix until combined and doughy.
Form into 1 Tbs balls and freeze for 10 minutes to firm up.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate wafers in a tall glass in 20 second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
Dip each truffle in the white chocolate until coated and place on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
Immediately top with sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
