Single Serve Peach Cobbler

A five ingredient single serve peach cobbler made with frozen peaches, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon topped with three Sweet Loren's snickerdoodle cookie doughs baked at 350 degrees for twelve minutes until golden and bubbling. The easiest individual summer dessert that comes together in two minutes and tastes like a full homemade cobbler straight from the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peaches (divided into ½ cups)
  • 2 tbs butter (divided into ½ tbs)
  • 4 tsp brown sugar (divided into 1 tsp)
  • cinnamon
  • Sweet Lorens Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough or something similar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  • Fill each ramekin with ½ cup frozen peaches each.
  • Place a pat of butter (about ½ tbs) on top of peaches in each ramekin
  • Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar (about 1 tsp each) and sprinkle each with cinnamon.
  • Place 3 snickerdoodle cookie dough balls on top of each peach mixture.
  • Set all the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies look golden brown.
  • Let cool just enough to remove them from the baking sheet, top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy immediately.
