Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- splash of coconut milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 scoop gingerbread protein powder
- gingerbread cookie
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
- Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients! I kept this one simple and did cinnamon and a gingerbread cookie!
