Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • splash of coconut milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 scoop gingerbread protein powder
  • gingerbread cookie

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients! I kept this one simple and did cinnamon and a gingerbread cookie!
  3. ENJOY!
